#AUDITDATALEADERS

Don’t worry the auditors won’t notice !!!

Have you ever been presenting your audit report and felt that the meeting went really well.

The auditees were really happy. They shook your hand, beamed at you with a wide-open smile. Took you out for lunch and then packed you up in your car mid-afternoon so that you could enjoy your weekend back at home.

A job well done.

Or not.

Let’s rewind a bit there. Why were they so happy?

Are you sure that you saw everything that you were supposed to see? Were those sincere smiles or were they smiles of relief? Are they sitting on the beach laughing about how you dumbly missed the fact that they overpay their main supplier and have a huge inventory leakage issue, not to mention a load of customer Accounts Receivable that they don’t want to make provisions for?

Let’s rewind even further.

Preparation week.

You are in your office preparing for that audit. What if you had at your disposal, access to dashboards that highlighted all the risks in the entity where you are going. What if you could also drill down to the transactions underlying those risks. You would have been able to ask interesting questions about all of those transactions. At Aufinia, we have written a book AuditZoom that lists out the top 300 must-have dashboards for SAP. They cover all of the main business cycles. We have described for you the risks that each one covers. In the appendix, you can see all the tables and fields that you need from SAP for each one. With AuditZOOM you can effectively prepare your audit, ask interesting questions about specific transactions and get respect from your auditees.
