The dashboard is the HR lifesaver

Incorporate HQ, we often have to go out and visit and control different subsidiaries. And we often say to them that we will do a comparison between the personnel and payroll databases. The local HR will always say, “there won’t be a problem with that, don’t worry”.

But we usually find something, and then it ends up being a shock. Someone is still being paid despite the fact that they have left. The same employee is entered twice and is receiving two salaries, that kind of thing.

But it doesn’t have to be that way. The data is there.

A dashboard will help to highlight the unusual things in HR, same name and bank account, people that have left the company but that are still paid, and this can be a life-saver to the local HR country-head.
