We’re going to check the customer balance. So we’ve got our noted transactions here. This one is just to say like, you know, what is a noted transaction? And here you can see you’ve only got one line for noted transactions.

So that’s just to show you like noted transaction, not really real. They’re only for things that are kind of like, you know, I need to remember that there’s a down payment for this particular customer, for example. Okay, and then this one is explaining about the special ledgers.

So special ledgers, we do want to include them, but they’re not going to be on our accounts receivable ledger. So after analysing all of that and like deciding, is it noted? Is it special? Is it normal? Like whatever. We can see that we still have an outstanding balance of 417 million for this particular sales order and of this particular customer.

And if we go into SE16 and we can actually check the customer balance and we can see that that is our balance for that one. So it could be that, you know, they forgot to bill something in there.
